As facilities expand and more renovations take place, this cost in both labor and reproduction increases. Internally, facility planners and maintenance personnel are constantly working within existing structures performing general maintenance and system repair. The ePlanRoom system provides an easy way to access documents relevant to a specific location that may have involved numerous renovation projects.
This portal contains tender documents and reports for all Purdue University campuses, including current and future projects. Easily view bid announcements, bid results, and other documents on this portal. Additionally, information on projects that are delivered through the Construction Manager as Contractor (CMC) is available on the CMC Projects tab. Managing documents in a renovation planroom doesn't have to be difficult.

Step 1: Accessing the ePlanRoom SystemThe first step in managing documents in a renovation planroom is accessing the ePlanRoom system. To do this, simply go to the Purdue University website and click on the “ePlanRoom” tab.
This will take you to the main page of the ePlanRoom system.
